I stayed at OYO hotel in Chandigarh.      On the same day I booked a Taxi ( Ertiga ) it cost me Rs 12000 for 3 days. I request all the tourist that never hire/book a taxi to visit all the places in 2/3 days because it will not happen. So whenever you book a tacky book for 2/3 destinations in Kullu manali. Bahai's Lotus Temple :- Delhi Tourism

Image
Lotus Temple The Lotus Temple , located in Delhi, India, is a Bahai's House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986.  Notable for its flowerlike shape, it has become a prominent attraction in the city. Like all Bahai's Houses of Worship , the Lotus Temple is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification. The building is composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad "petals" arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides, with nine doors opening onto a central hall with a height of slightly over 34.27 metres and a capacity of 2,500 people. The surface of the House of Worship is made of white marble from Penteli mountain in Greece, the same marble used in the construction of many ancient monuments  and other Bahai's buildings. Along with its nine surrounding ponds and gardens, the Lotus Temple property comprises 26 acres.                                   A 2001 CNN report referred to it as the most visited building in the world . India Gate :- Delhi Tourism

India Gate  At the centre of New Delhi stands the 42 m high India Gate, an "Arc-de-Triomphe" like archway in the middle of a crossroad. Almost similar to its French counterpart, it commemorates the 70,000 Indian soldiers who lost their lives fighting for the British Army during the World War I. The memorial bears the names of more than 13,516 British and Indian soldiers killed in the Northwestern Frontier in the Afghan war of 1919.                                 The foundation stone of India Gate was laid by His Royal Highness, the Duke of Connaught in 1921 and it was designed by Edwin Lutyens. The monument was dedicated to the nation 10 years later by the then Viceroy, Lord Irwin.                                                                     During nightfall, India Gate is dramatically floodlit while the fountains nearby make a lovely display with coloured lights. India Gate stands at one end of Rajpath, and the area surrounding it is generally referred t

Travelling :- The Most beautiful Part of my Life.

Image
Travel My Passion Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines, Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.  Explore. Dream. Discover.    – Mark Twain                        Everyone keeps saying how important it is to travel. So what's all this fuss about? Why do people travel and love travelling? More importantly: why should we travel more?                       The benefits of traveling are not just a one-time thing: traveling changes you physically and psychologically. Having little time or money isn't a valid excuse. You can fly for cheap very easily. If you have a full-time job and a family, you can still travel on the weekends or holidays, even with a baby. What travel taught me is that all we have is the present. All we have is this moment.                       So, whenever I travel, I don’t think of the time that it takes me to get there as any less val
